Friendly welcome, no hard sell. Able to have good look around car I was interested in and a test drive. Car which I purchased was ready when arranged . Car presented cleanly, serviced, mot’d and with 6 mths warranty.
Servicing and repairs also great, going above and beyond to resolve issues

Had a headlight bulb stop working this morning , went to PDN , was in and out and fitted up in less than 10 minutes, can’t fault them, always excellent service with a smile⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rang them in mad panic after a letter advising my MOT was about to expire!! Unbelievably helpful and indeed understanding. They fit me in the very next day- and this is just a few days before Christmas!! Wow!! I was also told if I needed any work doing that would be before Christmas too!! Thankfully my car passed so no work needed but I am so appreciative of the response and very warm welcome I received both personally and over the phone!! Will definitely be back!!

I was meeting with my sister over the Easter weekend and as soon as I got into Market Drayton my exhaust decided to almost fall off!! Obviously being Easter, loads of places were closed. Thank god I found this garage – the guys in there were so nice and helpful and they were able to do a quick welding job for me within the hour!! So so thankful to them, fantastic service which was sincerely very appreciated!!

After being in the motor trade for many years and a recent motor purchase from yourselves , a big shout out for Malcom in sales,it was a pleasure dealing with someone who knows motor’s, and has the people skills to match,,lady on front desk(Saturdays) deserves a mention also,helpful and pleasant, after years dealing with main dealerships everyday this is something you just don’t get,both staff a credit to the business.

The mark of great customer service is how things are dealt with when things go wrong. Had a really good experience buying a little Polo for my mum. On the drive back to Suffolk, the worst happened and the vehicle broke down. It had been fully serviced, MOT’d, and drove great on the test drive. Sadly nobody could foresee the ignition coils totally failing, and it is a VW after all. They really do all do that. Malcolm and the team assured me that the recovery and repairs would be recovered, and my 71 year old mum would get to her destination. Reimbursement was sorted, and the car now drives great. The team have been friendly and more interested in making sure mum was OK than anything else.

This place has a fantastic service , they really will go to the ends of the earth to help you out , from finding the right finance towards purchasing a car , to cheap MoTs , getting car parts and servicing.
The staff are really helpful , professional and will help guide you to what you really need rather than try to make you spend every penny you own there .
The place is always spotlessly clean even in the service bays and parking is easy plenty of places
